What are the requirements to become a Mason?Masonry in California is open to men age 18 or older who are of good moral character and who believe in a Supreme Being.
Men of all ethnic and religious backgrounds are welcome. Though they are not requirements to become a Mason, Morning Star also values a good work ethic and a sense of humor. You can expect to work hard and laugh plenty should you petition Morning Star. |
Can I visit Morning Star?
Due to the pandemic, we are not currently meeting in person, but in the future when we can safely meet, you sure can.
When this happens, visitors are welcome every 1st Thursday of the month for dinner at 6pm. You can also join us (almost) every Friday evening about 6pm. Reservations are required, however, so please contact us beforehand. |
Can I rent your building? It's beautiful, spacious, and pretty awesome.
Due to the pandemic, we are not currently offering the Temple for rent.
However, in the future when it is safe to do so, we will be able to rent out the historic Stockton Masonic Temple for events once again. Feel free to call Mrs. Karen Baker to inquire at 209-465-3711. And thank you for noticing. We think the Temple is beautiful, spacious, and pretty awesome, too. |
